B. Lane Hasler, P.C. began as a bankruptcy law "boutique" firm representing creditors, business debtors, claims traders and distressed asset purchasers. It has expanded to provide specialty services to architects and high-end contractors and homeowners and "in-house" general corporate services to small and middle-market businesses.
B. Lane Hasler, P.C. was founded in 2000 by B. Lane Hasler who sought to take his experience in serving the needs of a sophisticated and demanding clientele gained during his practice with major national law firms for a more entrepreneurial approach to the practice of law.
BLHPC believes a fully informed client is essential to effective legal service. BLHPC works to ensure its clients understand the legal and business consequences of their options and decisions. In order to do so, BLHPC expects its clients to help BLHPC better understand their projects and goals.
